Frequently Asked Questions
What is the difference between a swedish and deep tissue?
The difference lies in both pressure and intention. Swedish massage uses lighter, surface-level strokes designed to relax and calm the body. Deep tissue is a therapeutic massage that works deeper into the muscles layers to help break up hardened muscle tissue and ‘knots.’
It’s always best to consult with your therapist about your specific needs, as every session is tailored to the individual. If you’re unsure what to book, please contact us.
